When the devil messes with you he’s messing with Jesus. When Saul was persecuting the saint Jesus asked why are you persecuting me. What is who is jesus done to the least of your breatheren is done to Jesus. When people receive you they receive Jesus. What is done to you by the devil is done to Jesus.
And Jesus is not going to put up with the devil. The only way Jesus will put up with the devil is if you put up with him. All power (authority) has been given to Jesus in heaven and in earth go ye therefore (in his name). Jesus gave you power (authority) over all of the power (ability) of the devil. And whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven and whatsoever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Know whose name (authority) you walk in. And whatever you ask (demand/command) in the name of Jesus that will Jesus do. Like when Paul commanded the devil to come out of the women in the name of Jesus and it did. You command the devil in Jesus name and he has to obey. At the name (authority) of Jesus every knee bows.
Jesus beheld satan fall from heaven like lightning because he’s the one who casted him out. The devil may have thought he was free of Jesus after his crucifixion but surprise! Jesus still walks the earth through us. Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world. The devil is no match for Jesus. And he is no match for you when you come against him in the name of Jesus. The basis of the Last Day, God promise made to David concerning eternal salvation, was founded upon David’s worship experience; King David worshipped God with all his soul, and all his desire,
God promised David that, in the last Days, he will give the Christian Church unconditional salvation. He guaranteed salvation to David and his seed. The prophet Nathan, in 2 Samuel 7: 12-16, prophesied to David the King, saying: “Thus say the lord, when your days are complete and you lie down with your fathers, I will raise up your descendant after you, who shall come forth from you, and I will establish his kingdom. He shall build a house (The Christian Church) for My name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever. I will be a father to him and he will be a son to me; when he commits iniquity, I will correct him with the rod of men and the strokes of the sons of men, but My loving kindness will not depart from him, as i took it away from Saul, whom I removed before you. And, in the last Days, your house (The Christian Church) and your kingdom shall endure before Me forever; your throne shall be established forever. The prophet Isaiah in 55: 1 said in, the last Days, thus say the lord: “Anybody that can repent, and have a broken heart and a contrit spirit. I will have mercy, hear their prayer, forforgive their sin and heal their land. Why do you put your money in a bag with holes in it? and your labor for that which satisfies not? Hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness. Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David. In Last Days, Paul said in Acts 13: 24: “Hanging from the cross, Jesus knew that His body would not see corruption. He said, ‘I will give you the sacred blessings I promised to David ”
After removing Saul, he made David their king. He testified concerning him: ‘I have found David son of Jesse a man after my own heart; he will do everything I want him to do. ‘ It is to us that this message of salvation has been sent. The people of Jerusalem and their rulers did not recognize Jesus, yet in condemning him they fulfilled the words of the prophets that are read every Sabbath. Though they found no proper ground for a death sentence, they asked Pilate to have him disposed of. When they had carried out all that was written about him, they took him down from the tree and laid him in a tomb. But God raised him from the dead, and for many days he was seen by those who had traveled with him from Galilee to Jerusalem. They are now his witnesses to our people. “We tell you the good news: What God promised our fathers he has fulfilled for us, their children, by raising up Jesus. As it is written in the second Psalm: ‘You are my Son; today I have become your Father. The fact that God raised Jesus from the dead, never to decay, is stated in these words: ‘I will give you the holy and sure blessings promised to David.
